Vacillating between suffocation and guilt?

You set your daily targets and work on them. They may be related to fitness routine, work, time spent in reading news & on social media. If you meet your targets stringently by force, you may feel suffocation and need a break. If you break out on social media too much, you may feel guilty.

The best way is to balance. Ensure that you meet 80% of your target daily and that's fine.
