From discomfort to comfort for some time

We wake up and feel unfresh. It's a discomfort. We take bath & feel comfortable. Then we feel the discomfort due to hunger. So we eat breakfast & tea and we feel comfortable, but only for a few hours. Then we repeat the process. We feel tired and see the comfort in our bed for a few hours, only to get tired and uncomfortable again in a few hours. Sometimes we feel clogged by too many thoughts, desire or anxiety and we meditate to get out of it, again for a few hours. We work and enjoy work comfortably only to get uncomfortable for mental break, which we take to get comfortable again. Daily.
